AFID : Students and House Officers from IIDC attended the World Oral Health Day 2014 celebrations held at Armed Forces Institute of Dentistry. A general awareness program was carried out for the children from the SOS village. Final year students from IIDC students presented posters and gave away dental products to the children.
Lt. General Azhar Rashid was the Chief Guest of this programme supervised by: Dr. Mehwish Arshad, Dr. Numra Mumtaz and Dr. Namrah Bashir, while the participating students included; Zehra Hassan Rana, Fatima Hassan Rana, Samar e Zehra, Rubab Saleem, Amna Khursheed, Shareem Qureshi, Sadia Pakair, Hina Mukhtar, Seemab Anjum, Sumaiya Ahmadi, Sehrish Masood
The Final year students also displayed three research posters covering important subjects like; Flouride Application, Oral Health and Halitosis.
