The Baqai Medical University recently held its Post-Graduation Admission Test, under the supervision of the Board of Advanced Studies and Research (BASR), and in accordance with the regulations of Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) and Pakistan Pharmaceutical Council (PPC). The students seeking admissions in Departments of: Pharmacy, Dentistry, Basic Medical Sciences, and Allied Medicine, appeared in this test.
For the Post-Graduate Education Programme almost 130 applications were recieved, out of these, 120 students appeared for the test. Throughout the testing process, very strict vigilance was ensured in the exam hall.
The Vice chancellor of Baqai Medical University (BMU), Professor Dr. Zahida Baqai personally monitored the testing process and expressed her satisfaction on the immaculate arrangements, security measures and administrative vigilance during the examination. Dr. Zahida Baqai stated that: We will ensure complete transparency, merit and fairness in the admissions process, while strictly abiding by the rules and regulations, to maintain the high standard of education, which is the hallmark of BMU's academic programmes.
