KARACHI: Dr. Areeba Shaukat, Mrs Kaukab Shojaat and Warisha Nadeem of Hamdard University’s Dental College were adjudged as the best lecturer, best assistant and best final-year student, respectively, in the recently introduced performance based completion. The initiative taken by Hamdard Dental College Operative Department’s Associate Professor Dr. Syed Abrar Ali is aimed at improving supervision level, paramedics’ performance and students’ interest in clinical work. The exercise to declare best lecturer, best assistant and best student will be undertaken after every two-and-a half-month. Principal of Hamdard Dental College, Dr Nadeem Hafeez, has appreciated Dr. Abrar’s idea of generating healthy competition in the college. - PR
