ISLAMABAD - Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) administration organized a workshop on Health & Hygiene at Convention Centre for management of hotels, cafes, restaurants, bakers and food/beverage industries, including Marriott & Serena hotels.
The workshop held on the directives of Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisal Ali Khan was attended by around 500 representatives belonging to 150 hotels and the food-related industry.
Foreign qualified food & clinical consultants, including an expert on food quality control Samina Gul and health nutritionist & clinical consultant Dr Mubashar Bhatti, apprised participants of the workshop about food-related safety laws and their implementation strategy. The workshop was inaugurated by Islamabad’s chief commissioner.
