Hyderabad: Former Head of Department of Operative Dentistry, Dental Section, LUMHS Jamshoro, Dr. Abdul Rauf Memon, recently passed away in Hyderabad.
Late Dr. Rauf Memon was a great teacher who served the department of Anatomy for some time and then moved onto become the Head of the Department of Operative Dentistry at LUMHS in year 2003. He contributed most of his life in spreading knowledge amongst his students. He used different teaching methodologies to enhance his students’ level of learning and greatly benefitted the institute.
Dr. Rauf Memon was also associated with Baqai Dental College, for quite some time, and he also taught at Jinnah Medical Dental College, too. He then returned back to serving LUMHS as their Head of Dental Section.
