KARACHI - Hamdard University’s `Sports Week’ held at its campus under the aegis of the university Students Affairs Department. Students belonging to all faculties of the university took part in various games held during the week. Hamdard University’s Vice Chancellor Prof Hakim Abdul Hannan and prominent cricketer Moin Khan were chief guests at different events of the Sports Week. Speaking at the prize distribution ceremony of Sports Week, Prof Hannan exhorted the students to participate in healthy extra-curricular activities. The event began with a march past in which all the teams participated. BDS students of the university actively participated in almost all events of Sports Week. They got first position in one competition, second position in two competitions and a fourth position in one game. Dr. Mehmood and Dr. Umair were the BDS team’s coordinator for the event.-PR
