Islamabad: With 25th April tomorrow, the PMDC bill referred to CCI, the further President of PMDC is holding close door consultation with legal experts to see if house management will automatically be restored once the ordinance lapses tomorrow. As they say luck favors the trained mind, Masood Hameed who is heading DOW University in spite of everything may now get hold of PMDC again. Although the Minister Ms Saira Tarar feels that with ministry having done everything will go to any length to protect such a thing happening. The legal experts feel that in case of such an eventuality the affairs may be handed to a temporary Council to handle day to day affairs without using the title of PMDC. According to sources within PMDC, nothing of the sort will happen immediately since the decision on the matter is subject to CCI meeting. The Attorney general is also not in country so no drastic changes are expected anytime sooner.
