DUBAI: Caretaker Prime Minister Anwaar-ul-Haq Kakar engaged in discussions with Bill Gates, Co-Chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF), on the sidelines of COP28 being held in Dubai, evaluating progress in Pakistan's ongoing anti-polio efforts.
