LAHORE: To expand its Asia- Pacific (APAC) distribution network, Formlabs, the leading 3D printing company, recently signed 'Generation Next' as its authorised distribution partner for Pakistan and Afghanistan.
Monty Wong, Senior Channel Sales Manager, Formlabs, said that Formlabs was excited to be partnering with GNEXT on a joint mission to increase the adoption of 3D printing across Pakistan.
He also said that Formlabs had set the industry benchmark for professional 3D printing for businesses globally with accessible, reliable 3D printers for the desktop and the benchtop.
Shahid Khan, Chief Executive Officer, GNEXT Solutions, said that GNEXT was excited to collaborate with Formlabs in expanding access to 3D printing technology across Pakistan and Afghanistan.
He informed that Formlabs was a proven global leader in 3D printing in the healthcare, dental, engineering, manufacturing, education, and jewellery industries. He said they were excited to bring this technology to Pakistan and Afghanistan.
To date, Formlabs users have printed more than 85 million parts, including millions of nasopharyngeal swabs used on the frontlines in the COVID-19 pandemic.
