Rawalpindi: The Academy of Orthodontics, Rawalpindi conducted the 6th session, titled – “Dentofacial Orthopedics”. This was a continuation of its certificate course on Clinical Orthodontics (C.Orth), which comprises of total 10-sessions. The current session was held on 15th and 16th of November, 2014, to provide specialized training to the participants.
Head of Orthodontic department, MIHS & Fellow of Royal College of Edinburgh -Dr. Amjad Mahmood along with Dr Rozina Nazir - Assistant Professor, MIHS & Fellow of the College of Physician and Surgeons Pakistan, conducted the program which covered lecture sessions and a hands-on workshop. It covered all the related aspects, including the subject of Growth &Development, along with the detailed usage of functional appliances.
