KARACHI: The Altamash Institute of Dental Medicine organized a lecture session for promoting research in dentistry in collaboration with the Dental Education and Research Department. Guest Speaker, Dr Nabeel Naeem Baig, Senior Executive Officer of Research, CPSP, discussed topics including study design and sampling. He marvellously explained the different types of study designs with very relevant examples.
At the end of the session, final year students, house officers, residents, and faculty members raised questions, which the speaker answered. Dr Shaur gave her vote of thanks and appreciated Dr Nabeel's effort towards providing research information on how to implement study designs. She also thanked the students and dental faculty for being a part of the session.
