An insightful dental congress organized in Lahore by PDA Punjab

LAHORE - The Pakistan Dental Association - Punjab, recently held an International Dental Congress, with Professor Saeed Ahmed (Ex-Principal Nishtar Medical and Dental College), as the chairman of this forum, orchestrated at the Expo Center-Lahore.   Certain senior dental surgeons belonging to Lahore and numerous cities of Pakistan became conspicuous due to their absence from these knowledge-rich deliberations. However, the congress emerged as a mega event, attracting more than 3000 dentists from all over the country, along with internationally renowned expert speakers and a large number of representatives sharing their wisdom and experiences with the relevant professionals.     The congress was held in association with the "Dental Trade and Manufacturers' Association", through a core committee, responsible for running all the organizational matters. The organizers have successfully brought together various groups and institutions of Pakistan.   The congress also hosted a large dental show with companies introducing their new products to the participants, while an extensive scientific programme was also initiated to make this congress a mega academic success. Prominent speakers specializing in various disciplines and fields of dentistry delivered insightful lecturers and innovative research presentations. Pre and post congress workshops were also scheduled to run simultaneously with this moot. "Dental News" continued with its traditional commitment towards development of an interactive and empowered Dental Fraternity. This premier Dental publication was engaged as the official media partner for this congress. It also rendered a helping hand to enrich the event with sponsorships and registrations.
