KARACHI- A one-day workshop on “Development of BCQ and EMQ” was organized by Sindh Institute of Oral Health Sciences (SIOHS) and Q-Bank department of Jinnah Sindh Medical University (JSMU) on 4th May, 2017. This workshop focused on the theories and practices of producing written exam questions in the BCQ/EMQ format. Various teaching methods were taught by Dr. Nusrat Shah (Director of Q-Bank). All faculty members of SIOHS and affiliated colleges of JSMU attended the workshop. Through this faculty development program, SIOHS plans to upgrade its education system and implement new teaching strategies within its curriculum which will not only encourage positive learning environment but also raise the standard of the institute to an international level.
