BUMDC set to host 1st Dental Symposium 2017


KARACHI – The Bahria University Medical and Dental College is celebrating five years of academic excellence in medicine and dentistry by organizing their 1st Dental Symposium 2017

The program is titled “Moving to Mastery in Dentistry” and is meant to motivate dental professionals to innovate and integrate and propagate their personal success as well as the overall accomplishments of dentistry in Pakistan.

The symposium will be conducted by some of the most renowned and respected names of dentistry in Pakistan, including dentists, dental surgeons and dental professors. The symposium is focused towards the younger dental professionals, and dental undergraduates, graduates and postgraduates are encouraged to attend.

The keynote speaker at the event will be Prof. Dr. Mervyn Hosein, who is presently the Dean of Dentistry in Ziauddin University. The other prominent speakers include distinguished personalities such as Prof. Dr. Kefi Iqbal, Prof. Dr. Arshad Hasan, Prof. Dr. Amina Sheikh, Prof. Dr. Ghazanfar Hassan, Prof. Dr. Nighat Huda, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Najeeb Saad.

Attendees of the symposium will be awarded 1 CME credit hour. The symposium is to be held on Tuesday, 26th September 2017 at the Bahria University Medical and Dental College.
