  • Vitamin D is excellent for teeth for their strength and lasting power. It also helps in absorbing calcium better. It is present in fish, cod liver oil, egg yolk, and sunlight.
  • Vitamin C is must for oral health, because it aids in fighting with many kinds of gum diseases by producing collagen. What’s more, with Vitamin C, gums also become more sensitive and are able to detect the presence of bacteria quickly. It is commonly present is all citrus fruits like lemons, oranges, grapefruits as well as bell peppers, kiwis, strawberries, kale etc.
