KARACHI - In February, Liaquat National Hospital and Medical College organized a Neuroanatomy Quiz in collaboration with MESS ( Middle East Spine Society) and PNSS (Pakistan Neurosurgery Students Society). It was a two-day event in which 15 teams belonging to different medical colleges in Karachi participated, including DMC , Ziauddin University and Hamdard University.
Third year dental students, Affaf Fatima and Safia Anwar, from Bahria University Medical and Dental College bagged fourth position after beating strong competitors from AKU, SMC, Baqai Medical University. The jury consisted of renowned neurosurgeons including; Dr. Mehmet Zelili (Turkey), Dr. Kim (China) and Dr. Jaochim Oertel (USA) who praised the team’s mettle and passion to take up the challenge and stand abreast with the medical students.-PR
