3M ESPE Pakistan appoints new Scientific Specialist Karachi: Dr. Basim Munir has been appointed by 3M ESPE as the new “Scientific & Education Affairs Specialist”. He is a graduate of Baqai Dental College and holds extensive experience in the field of dentistry.
