Dr Zubair Ahmed Abbasi recently became the principal of Sindh Institute of Oral Health Sciences, JSMU.
Dr Zubair graduated from Liaquat University Medical and Health Sciences (LUMHS), Jamshoro, in 1989. He has served as head of dentistry at KMDC, and principal of dental college, Bahria University Medical and Dental College. He specializes in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is a reputable clinician.
Dr Zubair got his Fellowship in Faculty of Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons, Ireland (FFD RCSI) in 1999. During his 12 years of stay in UK, he worked in different dental hospitals. He has also taught at the Royal London Hospital, London, and International Medical University, Kualalumpur, Malaysia. He has many national and international researches to his name.
