Lahore- The Lahore chapter of Pakistan Dental Association (PDA) recently held its Oath Taking Ceremony at a local hotel in Lahore. President PDA Centre Dr Mahmood Shah and General Secretary PDA Center Dr Nasir Khan also graced the event. Esteemed Punjab Minister of Health Prof. Dr Yasmeen Rashid was invited to the ceremony as chief guest.
Following the arrival of the Chief Guest, the event commenced with recitation from the Holy Quran. The welcome address was delivered by Dr Imran Naseer, General Secretary PDA Lahore, after which the ‘oath taking ceremony’ took off.
At the conclusion of oath taking, President PDA Lahore Dr Hafiz Shaker presented a token of thanks to everyone in attendance, following which Prof. Dr Yasmeen Rashid was requested to address the participants.
Prof. Yasmeen while speaking at the ceremony said, “Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf is constantly working for the welfare of the people. The previous government minted money in the name of healthcare programmes for their own benefit and did not deliver any results.”
“PTI will take forward all unfinished projects to completion,” she added.
She advised all newly appointed PDA Lahore members to stay true to their duties and to deliver their tasks sincerely.
