CPSP gets Socrates Award

By Our Staff Reporter Lahore: The College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) has been awarded `Socrates Award 2015’ by  the European Assembly for its contribution to science, technology and medical education. The award was received by CPSP president Prof Zafarullah Chaudhry at a ceremony held in the United Kingdom. CPSP senior vice president Prof Khalid Masood Gondal and CPSP National Residency programme director Prof Aamir Zaman Khan later held a meeting with the president of Royal College of Surgeons London, Prof Clave Marx.  The CPSP and the Royal College of Pathologists, UK, signed a memorandum of understanding for the training of doctors.
