LAHORE: In a significant development, the Punjab government has made the decision to lift the ban on the use of Avastin injection. This decision comes after a period of careful scrutiny and evaluation, as the injection had been previously banned in Punjab due to concerns surrounding blurry vision.
Promptly following the ban, the Punjab Health Department took swift action by sending six samples of the Avastin injection to the Drug Testing Lab in Lahore and two samples to the Drug Testing Lab in Karachi. These measures were taken in response to reports of blurry vision cases.
