MIRPUR KHAS: The Department of Health Professional Education (DHPE) of Bhitai Dental and Medical College Mirpurkhas has recently arranged an intellectual workshop on "MCQs Designing."
The workshop was led by Dr Ali Maqbool, Director DHPE and Vice Principal, BDMC; Dr Muhammad Anique, Senior Lecturer and Dental Science Coordinator, DHPE, BDMC; and Dr Romesa Khero, Lecturer Oral Pathology and Health Professional Education, BDMC.
Dr Permanand, Principal BDMC, senior faculty members, and junior faculty members attended this workshop. Participants in the workshop gained knowledge of the different types of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs), flaws in designing MCQs, and how to build flawed free MCQs for use in their courses.
Over the last year and into the current year, DHPE has hosted several workshops facilitated by Dr Ali Maqbool and Dr Muhammad Anique.
The workshops organised by the DHPE team were supervised by Dr Permanand, Principal BDMC, Dr Ghulam Mustafa, Advisor to the Board and Managing Director of the Bhitai Group of Colleges, Dr Mushtaq Khan, Deputy Managing Director of the Bhitai Group of Colleges, Dr Zulfiqar Yousufani, CEO, Bhitai Group of Colleges.
Executive Directors Mr Amir Shakoor and Mr Iqbal Memon also expressed their gratitude to Dr Ali Maqbool, Dr Muhammad Anique, Dr Romesa Khero, and the rest of the DHPE team for conducting the amazing workshop. They expressed their belief that DHPE will continue to hold workshops at BDMC and Bhitai Group of Colleges.
Later, Principal Dr Permanand presented certificates of participation to the workshop participants.
